At the Fonda España Restaurant, Martín Berasategui recovers the old concept of fondas, betting on the most traditional cuisine on earth with a nod to the present. Heading the kitchen at Fonda España is chef German Espinosa, with years of experience under Martín Berasategui. The restaurant is located in the modernist dining room initially designed and decorated by Domènech I Montaner, an environment of rich heritage interest in which historical elements are enhanced and inspire new ones.
