Brugarol X ens carry the heart and soul of Iberian farms, farmers, caretakers and the love one can feel for heritage in Palamós, Costa Brava. Through the eyes of the hands of a great artisan work, giving life to the fish from the Brugarol X restaurant farm. The food is directly linked to the farms and producers. Understandably, the gastronomic offer is closely related to the seasons. Trips to Japan have taught Japanese gastronomy respect for good products and found a strong link between Catalan gastronomy and local products.
