From April until the end of October, we offer Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by sea and land’s perfume, a gastronomic journey across tastes and consistencies from the most traditional to the most modern. An experience full of flavours and unexpected combinations that will never stop surprising you. We create new dishes every season to give you a unique and thrilling experience.

For those reasons, BOCASALINA proposes a dynamic menu in constant movement, where, next to classics like paella and homemade pasta, stand-out original creations, raw and cooked, seasonal and greens vegetables, the catch of the day, a careful selection of meats and excellences of the territory—dishes with continuous evolution, with massive respect for Italian and Spanish cuisine.

To pair those recipes, we have more than 200 references in the wine list, with particular emphasis on local wines from all over the Spanish territory, searching, tasting and evaluating every single one. A list made of wines from small wineries, many organics, but also others well-known, world-wide appreciated wines.
