Brunchit is a different gastronomic concept born from a trip to Bali, where we learned that it is not just a dish, it is not just the quick enjoyment that food gives you in your mouth; it is much more. Brunchit is a fusion of ideas, trends, art and flavours. It is a gastronomic experience surrounded by colours, exotic fruits and organic vegetables. We landed in Palma as our first point on the island. The Plaza Mayor of Palma de Mallorca looks towards an imposing, very unique building where, among flowers and colours, there is one of the most photographed facades on the island, the famous Brunchit Palma de Mallorca facade! It is a fantastic location that invites all passersby, both local and foreign, to immortalize the façade and, of course, to enjoy our delicious menu at any time of the day.
As our name well reflects, the mission is to establish the "brunch" philosophy, a "late breakfast" of Anglo-Saxon origin that mixes salty with sweet, a perfect combination for people who want to delight in the best flavours without time restrictions. And in a healthy way.
We aim to bring everyone a healthy lifestyle without giving up flavour, respect varied diets, and use seasonal, local, and responsibly grown products. In addition, we have artisan breads made with baked sourdough. We are always betting on the raw materials' naturalness and quality, looking for natural meats, eliminating conventional sugars in frozen and microwaved foods, and returning to grandma's recipes. Without a doubt, Brunchit is the ideal place to enjoy the purest "realfooder" style.
