Simplicity and quality. The staff and chefs are passionate about creating their pasta, carefully selecting the best, natural and genuine ingredients. Spago's was founded in 2016 by a group of professionals in the restaurant industry in the Venice area of Italy. The intention was to bring the flavours of their land to the world. The concept behind their catering is taken from street food, with an unparalleled selection process to give the highest quality and authenticity to a simple traditional product such as fresh egg pasta they produced on-site.
