More than 20 years ago, a new project began with the Zelai Txiki restaurant on a century-old farm, at the foot of Ulía, in San Sebastián. After ten years of hard work, it was decided to take a break to care for one's family, which is also used to improve professionally. Today the project continues to maintain the essence of what it was. At Zelai Txiki, we have permanently opted for quality in all our products. The proximity of the orchard provides freshness to the dishes and continues with that traditional cuisine, so local, which has characterized us for a long time.
