A gastronomic journey through Peruvian cuisine in the centre of Palma.
In June 2013, the small SUMAQ opened its doors. Located on Sant Magí street in the Santa Catalina neighborhood, with a tiny kitchen and a lot of enthusiasm we began this journey.
In May 2014 we moved to our current location on Cotoner Street in the same neighborhood of Santa Catalina. A larger, more comfortable place
During these nine years we have worked with the same enthusiasm with which we opened and it has only been possible thanks to all our clients who visit us and encourage us to continue.
