About Us
Lienzo was born in an art gallery, now art has not abandoned its walls that periodically display the works of prominent artists, but it is projected beyond, to the ephemeral art of the kitchen that is painted and sculpted with the hands of chef María José Martinez. She is accompanied on this adventure by her partner Juanjo Soria, room manager and sommelier, and her two partners Candi and Enrique.
Lienzo earned its first MICHELIN Star in the 2021 edition of the renowned French guide, a star it retains today. The Repsol Guide also awarded it its golden star in 2020, which it still holds today. The Sustainable Guide has considered Lienzo as one of the most outstanding sustainable restaurants in the Valencian Community.
