About Us

The restaurant Isla de Lobos is the gastronomic stronghold of the Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort, awarded by the Repsol Guide (Spanish equivalent to the Michelin guide) 2020-2024. Recently chosen as the Best Hotel Restaurant of the Canary Islands 2020, it has a chef, Gonzalo Calzadilla, who was awarded the title of Best Chef of the Canary Islands. It is located in an idyllic setting and has a magnificent terrace with stunning sea views of Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos.
