About Us
Inaugurated in 2014 by Mallorcan chef Andreu Genestra, who was awarded a Michelin star, Aromata is located in the historic Sa Nostra Cultural Center in Palma, a few steps from Paseo del Borne and Avenida Jaume III.
t night, Aromata is transformed and wrapped up into special magic, Andreu Genestra and his team offer you a beautiful proposal: “Aromata Tasting Menu”. We combine A taste sampling menu with wines from our wine cellar in a unique atmosphere in a stately Majorcan courtyard from the XVII century.
