About Us
In a room that had been closed for years and in a dark street at the time, Zazpi was born, launching the first project with the idea of developing a precise work philosophy. The first thing was to bet on quality, up-to-date cuisine but always respecting the tradition of Basque cuisine and for all budgets. Gradually an evolution on a personal and professional level took place. It has gone from being a bar to a gastro bar, improving the gastronomic offer with a more creative concept. The team has been multiplied by four to provide excellent service and care for even the smallest detail.
