Molí Des Comte Asador

$$ Av De La Constitución, 22, 07760, Ciutadella de Menorca
International Premium Casual
A restaurant specializing in grilled meats, homemade food, roasts, and select meat. An ambitious project was born at the hands of Menorcan businessmen Germán Jover and Jandro Vinent, previously associated with initiatives that would consolidate them in the restaurant sector due to their extensive experience over the years. Long before launching his joint project, Germán would dedicate more than 25 years of his life to running the Aurora Cafeteria Bar Restaurant, formerly located in front of the Molí des Comte Asador, a business that Jandro would join as a partner to manage jointly for another ten years, but not before having accumulated the necessary experience for more than 11 years as a worker in a cafeteria located in the port of Ciutadella de Menorca. During the last four years as members of the Aurora and with their eyes fixed on the old barn that they had in front of their premises, Jandro and Germán cautiously observed the different uses to which the building next to the old mill in the city was destined, wondering whether the crazy idea that was in their heads would be an impossible goal to achieve, which they finally decided to bet on by starting negotiations with the property for the rental of the premises.
