Oganyo gastronomic restaurant in Valencia. The character of its signature cuisine has been the source of inspiration for the project. The cuisine of yesteryear was brought to Oganyo. With Gonzalo Carrillo at the helm, both past and present values combine to show a formal mix. It offers a mid-day menu in different formats. The formats differ by the number of starters: 1 starter in the Executive Menu, 3 in the "Normal" Menu and 4 and 5 in the Extended Menus. Finally, it offers a tasting menu for dinner, "Menú Dejarse Llevar", the beauty of which is that the dishes are surprises and follow a common thread to be able to try the most representative dishes of Oganyo. Marinetta Mia was born in 2010, and since then, we have tried to remain faithful to the classic Italian recipes, trying to elaborate them with fresh and quality products from a wide network of both Italian and Spanish producers. The one they now offer in the menu is the result of many years of work and improvement and the constant choice of the best ingredients.
